Sac State Tennis and Puppy Class

Today was a beautiful day in Sacramento and the first day of Spring. I took Battier to my alma mater Sac State to watch the tennis teams play a match! Growing up a tennis player it was fun to be out there again and supporting! Battier did very well with the tennis balls bouncing everywhere, people on skateboards, bikes, golf carts and more. I allow people to pet her as long as she holds her position and she doesn't lick. She is really improving on not licking.
It was sunny so Battier put on some sunglasses!
Go Hornets!!

After watching tennis it was off to Roseville for class at the Galleria. We worked on "wait" at a doorway, walking slowly on the stairs and a lot of "unders" at different locations. Battier needed a little help, after I taught her "up" she thinks that's what she needs to do when we walk up to objects. By the end of class she was doing nice "unders". We also worked on sit from a down which can be tough for dogs.
