Battier went to her first concert last week! Eric Church. It was loud and she was awesome! Battier slept most of the time and did great for the 2+ hour concert.
Trying on some cowboy boots!
We had great seats! Battier just came out for the picture then back under our feet to sleep.
On Saturday we went to the February Big Dog turn in party. We played Musical Commands. After a few rounds the puppy raisers couldn't hold on to the leashes with out hands, we had to have them over our necks. When Carly our trainer would say a command we had to have the dog either SIT, DOWN or STAND. In the picture above we stopped and I had the leash over my neck, I had Battier sit and the leash just dropped this way, she didn't even move it off her face.
Instead of chairs, puppy raisers stood on cones.
Snuggles with our friend Kayte...Battier's favorite person!
15.5 months
We live in Carmichael, about 20 minutes from downtown Sacramento. On our walks we see a lot of wildlife. There are deer in the picture above and turkeys below. Battier doesn't have any prey-drive.
After our long walk Battier came home and ran around the go-kart track.
We've been getting a lot of rain this week. Check out our creek!
Kings game and they won on a buzzer beater!
Morning snuggles. Sometimes I'll let Battier get on the bed with me in the morning. It's great training for them to understand the boundaries of the bed. She has to be invited and when I say "off" she gets off. I don't think she wanted to get up today.
We walked around the Capitol today! It was a beautiful day in Sacramento!
After work drinks and a great training opportunity at Capital Dime on L street. It's a pretty busy area of downtown and the dogs did great!
