Today Battier had her first real road trip! We drove 508 miles from Sacramento to Rancho Mirage (Palm Springs). Battier did great! She laid down the whole trip and was a very good girl. We will be in Rancho Mirage and LA for the next 2 weeks.
Before we started our road trip Battier had her last set of puppy shots! She's safe now to go out everywhere with me. The vet at Sacramento Animal Hospital just loves her and they take such great care of all their clients, especially CCI puppies! Battier weighed 34 lbs today.
If you're in California you have to stop at In-N-Out on road trips! Battier was very happy to get out of the car and stretch her legs.
After 8+ hours we made it to out house in Rancho Mirage. Battier was pretty energetic after the long car ride and was very happy to play with her toys again.
We tuned in to watch the Olympics after play time!
