Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! Today we went to the Halloween Spirit store. Battier did very well! She did get a little scared of the ghost popping out of the coffin, but who wouldn't? The important thing is she recovered very fast and didn't react after she saw it a second time. 

Scary! Lots of sounds and movements going on at the Halloween store. 

We got a weight check at Pet Food Express, 65 lbs! Such a big girl!

DOG FEST WALK 'N ROLL.....A SUCCESS!!

Dog Fest Walk 'N Roll came to a raining Sacramento...our first and only day of rain in October. We made the best of it and had a great day! 

We are SO close to raising $1500 for Canine Companions for Independence! We have 2 more weeks to get donations in. If you would like to donate, click here.

Dog Fest Walk 'N Roll is finally here! We're hoping the rain holds off for our fun walk! Tonight we went back to the park to do some final touches and to change the layout of our event. It's going to be great and our stage is now under a covered area.

We love Johnson-Springview Park! They have a GREAT dog park, just for service dogs and puppies in training. 

There was a beautiful sunset tonight at the park.

Thursday Night Football

We're a football family...49ers fans, but I also cheer for players that we meet at the Celebrity Golf tournament at Lake Tahoe. Last night we had to cheer on Britton Colquitt and the Broncos! 

We also recreated this photo with Grammy last night! So cute and amazing what 10 months will do!

1 week until Dog Fest!!

Dog Fest Walk 'N Roll is almost here!! We can't believe that it's a week away! Lots of work has been put into making Dog Fest fun. There will be Service Dog, Puppy in Training and K-9 demos, Agility demo and course for your dog to try, vendors, food trucks, live music by Vince Vicari and the emcee is our friend and KCRA anchor Lisa Gonzales!

Halloween Costume Contest!

2. Most Creative
3. Funniest
Each category will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. Then the 1st place of the 3 categories will be judged and 1 will be selected as Best in Show. 

Monday morning we will be on KCRA at 8am! Tune in to channel 58.

Dog Cam!

Check out the GoPro Dog Cam! First on Battier and then on Reisig an 11 year old CCI Facility Dog. The dogs all had a great time playing!

Happy 1st Birthday Battier!!

Battier had an awesome 1st Birthday today! We had a puppy party on the tennis court with some of her dog friends. They played for a little over an hour and had homemade Frosty Paws! I blended yogurt, peanut butter and carrots together and added a carrot sprinkle to the top! The dogs LOVED them. Good news for Battier and Shawn is I have left overs for tomorrow.
